Our New Nest
Mini-DV & Powderpuff finally have their first nest in Whitestone. Today we spent only an hour on closing, the pace was so fast that....... I only remember we signed endless papers......

wow, you guys move fast. i remember asking you guys where you will live and you said you had no clue. at this pace, your baby will be born before ours.

Yes I did call him, and he will get back to me in few days. He seems busy. I know we are going to be busy again with this house..... still got a lot work to do before moving in.
Hopefully I can turn this into a party house soon :-)

BTW, besides Michael (The contracotr who did ours, peter's and mimi's), you can also try a Fu Zhou contractor. We used him at our "Lao San". Mr. Ni +1 (917) 509-9328. Faster and cheaper, but no license.

I met Micheal this past weekend. He seems very nice, but I know he is extremely busy. Eatgod also told me that he is slow....
Oh, I found some floor plans pix on internet, and just used Photoshop to modify them. These are not really the correct measurement...:p just a dream lah~ I don't think there is even a place for a pool table...:)
There are some tools from Ikea you can design the layout I think. I haven't tried them yet.

I tried some of the softwares before. Didn't really like them, so I used the good old method - a ruler and a pencil

Thanks, and we are no millionaires, so can't afford a professional interior designer :-) Due to lack of budget, we’ve got to do as much work as we can ourselves, and we will leave the heavy work to the contractor.
By the way, the demolition work has just begun.

Thanks... to answer your question: David is phony. He has no idea about design, and he only put furnitures together in a room, no design....ha ha
